A. Health & Wearable Data (via Spike API)

Lynsi integrates with Spike API to connect with your wearable devices (such as Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, etc.). With your explicit consent, we collect the following health metrics:

• Activity Data: Steps, calories active/burned, distance, and exercise intensity.
• Physiological Data: Heart rate, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability (HRV).
• Sleep Data: Sleep duration, sleep stages (REM, Deep, Light), and sleep efficiency.

Purpose: We use this data strictly to analyze your mood and physical state. We do not use your health data for advertising purposes.

B. Financial Data (via Plaid)

Lynsi uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to connect your financial accounts safely. When you link a bank account, Plaid collects and shares the following with us:

• Transaction History: Merchant names, amounts, categories (e.g., food, travel), and dates.
• Account Information: Balances and account types.

Security Note: We do not collect or store your bank login credentials (usernames or passwords). All authentication is handled directly and securely by Plaid.

C. Personal Information

We may collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us during registration, such as:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following specific purposes:

• Cloud & AI Providers: We may use trusted cloud infrastructure to host our backend and run the analysis algorithms. These providers are bound by strict data confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We allow you to control your data. We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

• Revoke Access: You may disconnect your wearable device or bank account at any time via the Lynsi settings menu. Once disconnected, we stop collecting new data from that source.
• Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
